A handmade instrument requires care during its journey, too. See how we prepare it before it leaves the workshop.

In the hard case
We slacken the strings a little so the neck doesn't get strained during transit, and put the instrument in its case.
Bubble wrap
The case is entirely wrapped in foam material that absorbs shocks and impacts.
Reinforced cardboard box
It is placed in a sturdy cardboard box, and we fill the empty spaces so that it does not shift inside.
At your door
Once it has been dispatched, you receive the tracking number via email and can track its progress until it reaches you.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipments are made via [courier company]. The delivery time is calculated from the day the order leaves the workshop.

Due to their size, musical instruments may incur different shipping costs. The exact amount is displayed in the cart before payment.
Pick-up from the workshop
You can pick up your order from the workshop at Thesi Bozi in Thermi, free of charge. Book an appointment at 694 583 7016.
Cash on Delivery
Available throughout Greece, for an additional charge of [ ] €.
Monitoring
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can see where it is.
Custom-made instruments
They are shipped as soon as manufacturing is complete. The total time is the manufacturing time, as specified in the quote, plus the shipping time.
Upon receipt
Inspect the package in the presence of the courier. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery slip, take photos, and contact us as soon as possible at evkoulakiotis@gmail.com or 694 583 7016. We take responsibility for any damage incurred during transit.
