2. Acceptance of terms
Use of the website and the submission of an order or a request for a quote imply that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
3. Products and prices
Prices are listed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed separately before the order is finalized.
We make every effort to ensure that descriptions, photographs, and prices are accurate. Should an obvious error regarding price or description be discovered, we will notify you prior to shipment, and you may either confirm the order with the correct details or cancel it at no cost.
Our products are handmade from natural wood. Grain patterns, color variations, and slight differences in texture are natural characteristics of the material and do not constitute defects. Consequently, the product you receive may differ slightly from the photograph.
4. Orders
The order is finalized upon receipt of a confirmation email. The contract is concluded with this confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of stock depletion, an obvious error, or suspected fraud, refunding the full amount paid.
5. Custom-made instruments
Through the "Build Your Own Instrument" page, you can select materials and decoration and send us a request for a quote.
The price shown in the configurator is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. The automatically generated images are also for illustrative purposes and do not represent a photograph of the final instrument.
The binding offer is sent to you in writing following consultation and includes the final price, specifications, and estimated production time. Production begins upon acceptance of the offer and payment of a 30% deposit of the total price. The balance is payable prior to delivery.
If you cancel the order before construction begins, the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is retained to cover the materials and labor already allocated specifically for your instrument.
The production time is an estimate and may vary due to the handmade nature of the work. We will notify you in a timely manner in the event of a significant delay.
6. 6. Payment
The available payment methods are described on the "Payment Methods" page. Card payments are processed via the payment provider's secure environment. The business does not have access to your card details.
7. 7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping methods, costs, and delivery times are described on the "Shipping" page. Please inspect the package upon receipt; if you notice any damage, note it with the courier and contact us immediately.
8. 8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing a reason, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 (as currently in force). The procedure, return costs, and refund timeframe are outlined on the "Returns & Cancellations" page.
Εξαίρεση: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized, such as the custom-made instruments referred to in Section 5. This does not affect your rights in the event of a defect.
9. Quarantine
All products are covered by the νόμιμη εγγύηση two (2) years for defects that existed at the time of delivery.
Furthermore, for the musical instruments we manufacture, we offer free setup for 12 months from the date of delivery—covering neck, string height, and fret adjustments—performed at our workshop. Shipping costs to and from the workshop are borne by the customer. This additional service does not limit your rights under the statutory warranty.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, drops, exposure to extreme humidity or temperature, or tampering by third parties, nor does it cover normal wear and tear of consumables such as strings and frets.
10. 10.User Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for the security of your password and for any activity that occurs through it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
11. 11. Intellectual property
The content of the website (text, product photos, logo, designs, and graphics) belongs to the business or is used under license and is protected by intellectual property laws. Copying or reproduction for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
12. 12. Limitation of liability
We make every effort to ensure the smooth operation of the website, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from our site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection legislation.
13. 13. Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and is described in detail in the "Privacy Policy".
14. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Greek law. In the event of a complaint, please contact us first so that we may find a solution. You may also refer the matter to an out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body, such as the Consumer Ombudsman.
For disputes that are not resolved amicably, the courts of Thessaloniki shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by law as a consumer.
15. 15. Amendments
We may modify these terms. The current version is always posted on this page. For orders already placed, the terms in effect on the day of submission apply.
